“I for one have been on a road of self discovery. Ultimately losing myself in order to find it. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. The artwork I produce is a direct insight into my being- a visual diary of sorts of my journey of faith in Christ and my inward struggle of what it means to truly love people- not just by words, but by action. My hope is to leave people touched by God, challenged in their faith, and provoked to make a difference in this fallen world.”

Lakisha is the CEO and Founder of Amplified By Design, LLC., a Total Life Success Company. As member of Diverse Arts Center, she teaches Spoken Word and Performance Poetry. She is a certified Life Coach and brings over 17 years experience in personal and business development skills and training.
She also serves as the Director of Military Outreach on the board for the Empowerment Society of the United States of America, a nonprofit organization which provides personal life coaching for veteran women of the United States Armed Forces.
Lakisha is a non-combat veteran and Army Wife. She and her husband currently reside in Honolulu, Hawaii with their four children.
